Analysis

PDM uses an industry recognised, systematic approach to shape training development projects whether these are being supplied to Private Sector or Public Sector clients. In this way, we ensure that training solutions are appropriate to the training need, cost-effective, accountable, safe and risk-focussed.

Design

Training design is a key strength of PDM. Our experienced design team adheres to appropriate quality standards and the design process answers the questions: what should the training activity look like, who will deliver it, and with what resources?

Delivery

PDM's trainers are well qualified and highly experienced. We have developed instruction standards that ensure successful training outcomes every time. Our trainers take pride in planning and conducting training that focuses fully on the needs of the trainees.

Evaluation

PDM is adept at evaluating training to provide the assurance that the training activity is being delivered correctly, that it meets the requirement and that the whole Training System is fit for purpose.
